Paraxip IP Recording Software
Solution Description
Paraxip IP Record is a software application that accepts SIP connections from the Paraxip Gateway and store to disk both sides of a user conversation, along with the associated SIP call information. The IP recorder can be executed on the same server as the Paraxip Gateway or on any other standard server on the same Local Area Network. The Paraxip Gateway uses its Call Forking capabilities to provide call control and audio streams simultaneously to the SIP call control application (IP-IVR, SIP phone, IP-PBX, or other) and to Paraxip IP Record. download .pdf (615Kb)
Benefits

Scalable and distributed. The Paraxip IP Record product can be scaled indefinitely by running multiple instances of the application on the same IP network. Furthermore, as opposed to most IP-based recoding products, Paraxip IP Record is not based on packet monitoring and thus does not suffer from the scalability limitations tied to that approach.
Records IP, PSTN and hybrid network conversations (both pre and post transfer).
